Mendo LEAP is an innovative Social Development Center—the first of its kind in Mendocino County!
We create play based spaces for neurotypical and neurodiverse people to be social. However, we cater specifically to those with developmental disabilities. Our current Ukiah location was curated to ensure comfortability for neurodiverse families. Which means that our neurotypical visitors might feel a little inconvenienced by how we do things, but that's ok. Part of our mission is to help spread knowledge on true inclusion. Which is not simply inviting everyone to join in on something but adapting so everyone can participate.

Connect with other parents and caregivers! Join us for Circle Time on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 10am and our monthly Neurodiversity Night the last Saturday of each month.
